Aleksandr Vinogradov, DPM

Healthstar Physicians Premier Medical is proud to offer comprehensive podiatry services under the expert care of Dr. Aleksandr Vinogradov. Serving patients ages seven and up at our Newport, TN office, Dr. Vinogradov is dedicated to enhancing his patients’ quality of life by helping them stay active, mobile, and pain-free.

Originally from Russia, Dr. Vinogradov has lived in the United States since the age of 13. He began his professional journey in mechanical engineering before following his passion for medicine. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida, and completed a rigorous residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. During his residency at this renowned institution, Dr. Vinogradov focused on limb salvage in a Level 1 trauma setting, refining his skills in complex, high-stakes procedures.

Dr. Vinogradov is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and brings advanced expertise in deformity correction, revision surgeries, diabetic limb salvage, and complex foot and ankle reconstruction. Recognized as the region’s expert in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Vinogradov utilizes cutting-edge techniques that allow quicker recovery times, reduced scarring, and more cosmetically appealing outcomes. His innovative methods have made him a sought-after specialist for patients looking to reduce the downtime traditionally associated with more invasive procedures.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Vinogradov served for 14 years as a combat engineer and infantryman, an experience that continues to shape his dedication to service and excellence in patient care.

Sebastien Demoiny, DPM

Dr. Sebastien G. Demoiny, DPM, FACFAS is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with over 15 years of clinical experience. He earned his BA from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN, and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency at Temple University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident from 2009 to 2010.

Dr. Demoiny joined HealthStar Physicians in 2010 and has been a pillar of podiatric care in the Lakeway Area ever since. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves on the HealthStar Board of Directors, is an international consultant and lecturer in foot and ankle surgery technology, and serves as a clinical advisor for Digital Orthopaedics, a digital health company in Belgium. He is fluent in both English and French.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER — NEWPORT & DANDRIDGE

Katie Wick, FNP-BC

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner — Serving Newport & Dandridge, TN

Katie Wick is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Southern California. She earned her BSN from California State University, San Bernardino in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Education from CSU Fullerton in 2020. In 2025, she completed her post-master’s FNP certificate at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee — bringing her expertise right here to East Tennessee.

With more than a decade of bedside nursing experience, Katie has worked in critical care, trauma intensive care, and post-anesthesia care — from academic Level I trauma centers to rural hospital settings. She has also served as a clinical instructor, mentoring nursing students in hands-on learning environments.

Katie is dedicated to enhancing her patients’ quality of life through genuine partnership. She takes a holistic approach to care, ensuring each patient is actively involved in decisions about their treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking, baking, and time with her family.
